2017-18 School Year Tuition:

Tuition is $100.00 a month, due on the first week of the month. This fee takes into account Holidays/Planned Cancellations (see below), which is offset by meeting 5 times in some months.

In other words, as the word tuition implies, you are paying for your time slot, whether or not you show up. Because of our schedule at the theater, it is usually impossible to offer make-up lessons. If we know ahead of time about a missed lesson, we can see if there are any other cancellations where we could do a make-up lessons, but there is no guarantee of this.

Also, please keep our tight schedule constraints in mind when planning other activities that might conflict with your existing lesson time.

Due to the demands of the theater there may be possible unforeseen cancellations. In that case, you will be credited for those cancellations toward the following month's tuition. No cash/credit card refunds are given.

Tuition payment is due on the first lesson of the month from September through June.

Any summer students with remaining lessons on a punch card will be credited toward September’s tuition. A punch card will continue to be used for summer lessons

Holidays/Planned Cancellations:

November 20-24: Thanksgiving Break
December 18-Jan. 2: Winter Break
April 9-13: Spring Break

It is the responsibility of the student to bring all materials with them to their lesson. Students not bringing their books/music to their lesson, may result in the lesson being cancelled and full charge being made.

In the event that you wish to discontinue or pause lessons, please notify the instructor at least two weeks before the first lesson on the month  in order to avoid paying the following month's tuition.  The gives your instructor time to give your spot to someone on the waiting list.   If less than 2 weeks notice is given, you will be responsible for the following month's tuition payment.

Lesson times are set on a first come, first serve basis once student is registered. Register by calling, online or in person. If you register online, we will call you to set-up a time.
